When this news hits the wire services it will have a major impact on the stock IMO.

As it stands, not many investors go deep into the supplemental filings on OTC.com (formally Pinksheets.com) I have been in stocks that have received this type of financing in the past and its been a major confidence booster...this should have the same effect when they are permitted to release it in the form of a Press Release.
