Just to add a little tidbit to your good advice to Potts, 'HIM', I have seen it said on more than one occasion by various of the well known ''whales'', whose expertize & success is beyond question, that the best way to buy and/or to sell, is ''TO STAGE YOUR BUYING AND/OR YOUR SELLING'', etc. It is a good strategy that I still need to more often put into practice!
