It looks to me that this company was a HUGE mess in 2011, and the Board's direction and decision making was directly at fault for, basically, all these issues.

What kind of guys are running this company with no longer term vision? WTF...

I hate this company.

It's my money tree. It's watered with hours of painstaking study and constant learning. Occasionally, I'll give it a good shake, continue watering, and more will grow back.
