If volume died out and we had more dilutting then yes, in my opinion.

BUT, volume is still here scooping up these cheapies, if this chart gets 2 green candles it'll look like a really good play to any chartist out there in my opinion.

Let's hope the 10-Q doesn't kill anything(drop below .01).

I suspect investors could care less about the 10-Q for now, as it's expected to show a loss. The ties with VRNG is my main reason to buy here.
