Correct, but irrelevant, according to the fact so often cited to me that this is a new company with new management, on which the past has no bearing.  You're now talking about nine years ago.  It had a "second-best" run eight years ago, too -- when it far exceeded a penny -- but that must be irrelevant by now, don't you think?
