Last Summer's ENTI PR said ONLY that...

...that (to paraphrase) Tony WILL...WILL join the DUTV Board...

...and that Tony/ENTI WILL...WILL take a stake/major stake/be stakeholders in DUTV.

The key, operative word is/was...WILL.

There's quite a bit of "wiggle room" in that.

To the best of my knowledge, DD, and expertise, the agreement
(such as it MAY have been) between/with ENTI-DUTV
was never consummated; it never happened; it never came to pass.
