Where did you come with the word "withheld" in your posts, since it does not show the proxy that was posted. I clearly remember seeing the word "withheld" on the ballot and you have quoted the wording "withheld" as well. Let 's find out where this word was.

Does anyone stilll have their original voting ballot, please, please.

This discussion will not be over until an actual voting ballot is produced not the proxy statement.

Will anything good happen between now and the end of the extension (March 14, 2012) or will the share price continue to decline?
