As a SH, imho, one should be VERY concerned with the credibility of those seeking to legally prey on GOSY.

Wallace simply is not credible. Dozens of lawsuits against him, potential disbarment before him, numerous default judgments, his $10M suit for a kidney lost to "fly ash," etc.

BTW, rumor has it that Wallace still refuses to settle with GOSY since he would deprived of a "willing victim." Naturally in his WWW world, this is all Spencer's "choice."
