Well I've just spoken to the company (yes I really did phone Hong Kong) and they are working on the 10Q. This is with the accountants at the moment. They sounded extremely positive about plans for the company, where it's heading and what this year will bring.

This is why I can't see why there has been such a huge sell off. The party hasn't even started yet!
