Hey Surfguy, hope all is well.
I agree. You being a CPA for many years and being sharp on money matters, IMO the rollback PR authored by HOWARD and sent out over several media outlets as fact, only to imply every shareholder would own a greater percent of the company by a factor of 2.

IMO that PR alone should be enough for SEC involvent and IMO Delaware SOS might surely be interested since phar is still selling toilet paper shares.
Thanks IA for your thought. Rollback for me was one of largest red flags thrown in regards to deception involving shareholders worth in the Company.
