ICPA was a 2 cent stock when it was a penny and it was a 2 cent stock when it was 5 pennies. By weeks end it will be a 2 cent stock,exactly where it belongs. ICPA is a leach company trying to draw revenue from any source that it can. Nothing wrong with that but you can't sustain a higher price than 2 cents. You had to know it was iffy when a PR was issued announcing commissions from booking washed up athletes.
