Merger/JV time! That's what this company has been shooting for the past two years. They don't have the money or experiance to get it out of the ground. They are smart enough to line up the deal to get production going.

This would have already happenned last year if the pps wasn't beaten into the ground by competetion and saeie scandal. Check out the timing, that's what killed our run last year imo.
