Dear Investment Community,

I continue to receive positive responses through our blog post. Thank-you to those investors that are remaining patient.

It regret to inform you that I have still not heard from the SEC. Truthfully I have no idea why there has been such a delay. Until I hear from the SEC I will continue to stay compliant.

I will report that business development on multiple fronts is going well. My goal is to develop the proper revenue sources and be prepared for when we are confident to move forward with news.

My time is limited for this update. I will post another update shortly hoping that we will have some news by then on our situation.
