There is no need for a RS at this time. First, just list all AS as "Umlimited" and keep selling. Watch closely. The financials are being paid for and at these levels the state of dilution is almost irrelevant. Once filed, and when it comes time, either a RS or buyback will make sense. But an RS makes no sense until there is some solid contract WHICH WE DO NOT HAVE TO DATE, and a future for this system well established.

I think we can look forward to the ad insertion tech in Philly returning adequate money when announced to show that system is working. THIS, AFTERALL, IS WHAT IS REALLY IMPORTANT. The fact that SP is not, IMHO, a good ceo, is NOT the real business question. The real question is: DOES AD INSERTION TECHNOLOGY WORK AND DOES IT RETURN ENOUGH MONEY TO MAKE IT BENEFICIAL FOR HOST OR ANY OTHER COMPANY TO WANT TIVUS IN THEIR HOTELS? All the other nonsense talk is strictly for the shorts, not the longs.

So SP, you need to focus on ad insertion technology, and is it working or not. What are the figures? Ungag everyone, stop the NDA's (which are totally silly) and act like this is OUR company and talk to your shareholders. AIMHO. R3
