This info was never a secret. It was stated in Bull's video if you took the time to listen. All the answers you seek were there. Also, you and everyone else are more than capable of picking up the phone and calling IR. Ask them your questions and I'm sure they will answer as they have answered mine. If your still not satisfied with the answers you get my suggestion would be to make arrangements with Treaty management, book your own plane ticket and hotel room to Texas and Belize or hell why not both, and get your answers first hand yourself.
