The share structure on otcmarkets.com is outdated and misleading.I wanted to know why.

So I sent a letter to OTCmarkets.com. Its a very simple letter and a very simple response. It sheds some light I think any shareholder would want to be aware of:
.....I was wondering if you can tell me whether or not the issuer or otcmarkets or both enters the data for the share structure numbers listed on your site. I am specifically interested in the data listed regarding MEXP. Does mexp have access to your site to provide share structure numbers to the public?

So that explains the "who" as far as the posting of the outdated and misleading share structure on otcmarkets.com. It was the company that submitted that share structure data via secure login.

The question why should be OBVIOUS.

To mislead.

So YOUR "official" otcmarket.com mexp share structure numbers were PROVIDED by the company themselves. !!!!
