OTCMarkets.com say Ccaj has acquired Earth Surfaces and it is now a 100% subsidiary. This is under the company profile for CCAJ and not the news section for CCAj.
The regulatory OTCBB/FINRA has no news or any filing from CCaj.
I feel a phone call to Earth Surfaces is still warranted to verify the sale/acquisition by CCaj. I will make a call to Earth Surfaces first thing tomorrow and will post their comment.
