One of the strong reasons I invested in a pinksheet aside from the business model was that I thought Frank was a fairly honest guy. I am starting to loose that faith.

He speaks at times when he shouldn't and doesn't speak at times when he should, further compounding my suspicion in him.

There was time the investor relations site was kept up to date and I appreciated that so much. Now he appears to always side step the main issues like an audit. Like posting his reflections but never getting into the meat of the issues. I always felt from the very beginning nothing will spike this share price until we have true valuations.


Even if after we get all this audit info and it was great, I will always feel he mishandled the situation. Maybe there is a good reason. I don't know. I can only hope he is buying back shares at these prices. I know it is easier said than done, but maybe he needs a clean shell. Very expensive I'm sure but hey he needs to try and fix it.
