no problem....


they wanted to avoid QOS...beause they could not guarentee
quality...it was bad...even with QOS..so they built their own network...albeit it is a small network that connects to other phone networks and comcasts customers in system get their calls over the cable infrastructure....but it simply avoids the internet altogether....
