toats - The reason that many incurage longer term shareholders to put a HIGH sell price on thier shares is in PUTTING a sell price on your shares they become NOT-AVALABLE for shorting purposes. Shorting without having shares is called NAKED-SHORTING and only an MM handling that particula stock may do so.
