WhatsAnd what of KoolTel’s desires? Are they merely limited to the desire to continue to rip-off US consumers for $8.95 per month in “Enhanced Charges”? I think not. A clean shell will give it that which it craves above all else: visibility, credibility, and (most importantly) respectability. But for what reason you might ask? The answer is simple, isn’t it? To secure and make fast it’s on-going and GROWING relationship with the giant in the room; AT&T, whose acquisitions department is ALWAYS on the prowl for “baby-telecoms” to acquire. “AT&T ACQUIRES KOOL TELECOMMUNICATION LTD” … think about that on MarketWire one morning, eh? And you own 2.5 Million shares.

Bottom line then … if the deal goes through (and the jury’s still out on that eventuality), then we bag-holders get an inordinately aggressive, money-making, 9-year old telecom that has established business connections with AT&T, merging into an entirely debt-free shell. It’s just the kind of ‘marriage’ that could detonate a PPS violently upward. While many of us may well have to ‘hold our noses’ while earning such profits … I’d suspect that the majority will have little if any problem doing so.

If you bought this turkey for less than a penny, you just might want to hold fast to it in it for Kool-Tel and for ASYIE ?
