So when exactly or close to exactly is RS to take place?

Shares aren't restricted where you see them in your account but can't sell them for 10 business days or something?Any predictions how the share price will free fall the first trading day of reverse split?For every $100 worth of shares you own,do you actually think you can $50 the first day of reverse split?
