First tap the oil, then put in MORE infrastructure. why drill if there was no way to get the product to market? If they can get drilling equipment in, they can surely get oil and gas out to generate money for more infrastructure (Which doesn't take that long to build at all.) to do it the other way around would be DUMB! I would imagine that there is some infrastructure in place (If only roads leading in and out of the joint.) from previous wells that yelled commercial quantities of oil and gas before the newer technology made it possible to extract more oil and gas (In commercial quantities.) from those abandon wells. In short,THE OIL AND GAS WILL MAKE IT TO MARKET, but nice try anyway.
