Firsk, the only reason CR is not in jail yet is that NIR investors have not pressed the right buttons yet. I suggest you contact your local FBI office, not just call, but go and visit, and explain the situation and ask for their advice. Also, Investors should make it known to PWC that if there is information in the records that would lead to criminal charges being preferred against CR, then they need to notify the FBI and SEC and let the Feds do their thing. Ribotsky's best defense is inaction by PWC and NIR investors.
