Read perchy's detailed post, it addresses dilution form the CEO himself, maybe you could learn a few things about building a company. I'd much rather an AS increase then debt. They came out of R&D just a few months ago, hence the timing for the AS increase; to provide financing for growth. You have to have money to build and grow from, that is why you go public in the first place!
