The right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happines I believe includes health care. It comes under the heading of "life".

you might want to rethink that....

because....

if "health care was a right" and not a service made of a number of components from researcher to care giver, then, please tell me why your great great grandfather didn't get his much needed heart by-pass surgery.....?

ANSWER: because by-pass surgery had not yet been invented???

conclusion: how could things which have been and are yet to be invented be a "right"????

if you want to put health care under the heading of the right to life, why not put food clothing and housing in the same category???
