Shares authorized went from 500M to 2bn during that time of start-up. Steve provided a good explanation of why -- to finance his plans for growth. He knows where he wants to take this company and why. How do you think he is financing operations, compensating all these A-listers he's doing deals with? Personally, I prefer partners with a little skin in the game. Equity is the best motivator!!

And to the poster who questioned all the name-dropping, Cuban et all, and said how these connections were indirect, etc. etc.

Most connections are indirect before they are direct. Access, bro. Access. Let's see -- in March, Steve got to hang out at the NBA playoffs with, who was it?? Oh yeah....these folks!!

And wasn't it Steve who went to see The Voice with Totka???! Uh, yeah, he did. And Mr. Totka is a search engine expert now on ICPA's board -- great move for a 350 websites company! More exposure and volume eventually translates into more revenues.

ICPA has announced a partnership with EZ-VIP, a Shark Tank winner with connections to Cuban and John. Steve has a connection to Al, EZ-VIP's CEO -- a good one, as evidenced by his ability to call him up spur of the moment to join in the STT interview. All these boys are playing together, hanging out, working through mutually beneficial deals and producing value for each other. Personally, I'll take my indirection connection to ALL OF THEM via my ICPA holdings! It might not be as good as going to see the NBA Playoffs (I do love my basketball!!!) or The Voice (fun show) yet...but if it pays off like I think it will, I just might be heading there!! Or at least sitting in a pile of cash, watching from my living room!! LOL
