I do not waste time following this dog on L2 anymore (not worth the effort) so I cannot tell you for sure. I am thinking someone was just trying to unload a small remaining number of shares (4400 in this case) and either did a market sell order or perhaps just dropped down to the highest bidder ... which for EVGI was not too high.

EVGI management (if they have any) simply continues to ignore remaining shareholders. Gee, I wonder how that mineral recovery plant that started work last November and that biodiesel production run that CEO said would start NLT 1 Apr 12 are doing.

I am thinking EVGI is headed sub penny where it belongs.
