I do not know of any dates, that said to whom they are sold to and for the purpose they were issued i doubt that they will be come unrestricted anytime soon......I did not take the time to look for anything as this was kicked around once before and the outcome was as stated. We have a 10k, a possible S-1 and pr's in the wind. There should be something that gives us some clue as to what is going on Financially. I would also think those shares will be at least mentioned as to there status.
