Something is just not jiving the way it should be. Growing companies just do not contract in sales volume. Whatever it is, it is causing all this dilution quite sure of that. Such an odd outfit you never know from one PR to the next. Remember the GHB detectors? Never to be heard from again. Never mind the share price magicaly oscillating around .001 for years it's a wonder this pop stand is still open.

The arm chair scouts will be debating this for years to come quite sure. The public company who front and foremost remains an enigma. There is a reason for that too JG .
