I think it's more like an exchange. Money used to buy back common stock is exchanged for preferred stock. Something like that. The debt free part we knew or at least taking his word for. Not something very advisable but everything he has said up to now has been legit. I've looked long and hard at his comments, looking for any play on words that he can later twist. I haven't found any from him. Maybe from a few posters getting a little ahead of themselves from time to time hearing more than he's actually said is about it.
