The black line that was at .023? if thats what you are referring to he was saying it is a key point of resistance and it will be a good indicator as to how strong of a run we have when/if we run.. if we can make it through that point of resistance and close above it, then it will become a new support level.. and will also be a good indicator that the stock is very bullish..
