"Thank you for contacting Questrade, I will be happy to help you with this.

First of all we apologize for missing your complaint from yesterday.

As for your inquiry today, I have checked your order and noticed that you placed a limit order to buy 2000 shares of JBII this morning at 0.98$. Between 9:30am to 11:36am , only 2500 shares @ 0.97 and 200 shares @ 0.95 have been traded at 9:32am and 11:12am respectively. Please also note that the stock is very thinly traded and there might be other limit orders ahead of your and in this case the order in sequence might get a fill first. As you can see only a total of 2200 shares have been traded below 0.99 cents before 11:36am and you have requested 2000 shares, this should explain why you did not get a fill this morning. As a side note, since this is an OTCBB stock that is trading on a "non-regulated market", there is no guarantee for a fill even if the stock hits your limit price. Hopefully this email clarifies your confusion and I hope you have a nice weekend"

I find this quote interesting in the view that they mention how minimal the trading was this morning, but what we saw on the score card showed alot more than what they say is legit.... interesting indeed. LOL Go JBI go!

Let's do something about this some day!!!
