Lets also not forget that Stan and company ignored repeated requests by Super 7 to not infringe on their trademark. POW decided anyway to go ahead and promote the new series with a trademarked name...and only after the threat of a lawsuit did they back down and change the name to the Mighty 7. We still don't know if there was a settlement involved or not, because they'd never let that be made public.

You and I, along with everyone else has to make up their own minds what they believe...and personally I believe POW would be better off with new leadship and Stan as simply a man behind the scenes doing the creative work. They've done nothing but give away the farm just to continually bloat their salaries.

Remember that deal with Celedon? They couldn't raise financing either. That's why the guy at Celedon when I called said they no longer had any formal agreement in place. If Celedon couldn't raise any money, it makes sense that neither did POW at its inception as mentioned in the new lawsuit. All the pieces add up, and it's all very fishy.
