Front running the ASK: could someone explain that to me?

I buy at .0024, out comes the ASK lower...@ .0021. How and why do they do that? Are they creating the illusion the price is falling, or is it really falling? How come we don't have Level III to know what's really going on? Level II is an illusion...they show you what they want you to see. No way retail can really know the demand for the stock...everyone would be rich if we could figure out the price movement of a stock by watching the MMs and Level II..

...anyway...front running the ASK...anyone explain!? And those Milly from Nite are still hanging there...
