The overwhelming proof is they have a proven criminal in stock fraud as CEO, MMTC is selling new shares every day that destroys shareholder equity, the patent presented on this board is 12 years old and amounts to little more than a upc scanner found in every store in the US, disappearing previous CEO's, repeated dealings with loan shark financiers, timelines gone array, lack of info to investors, no hard evidence MMTC even has anything in hand, a partial payment on somethong they profess as the world savior (why not a full payment?), and the share price bid continues to dip. Smells big time to me.
