i got this info from a reliable source.

i also was thinking that 200mg/kg would be quite high...but they do a volumetric upscale, so they will work in the range of 60mg/kg

hopefully this works out, without too many side effects.

anyway, DF would not have chosen the drug, without taking this quite high dose into consideration. they have done for sure a lot of due dilligence...

in a way, despite excellent preclinical results, it is still a gamble - you never know how a drug works in humans - that is what is all about wright now.
