Yes, and they spend $500K+ for Sarbanes Oxley compliance, have full blown audit committees and have Billion dollar market caps. The Company isn't quite there yet. It just recently became a smaller reporting Company. It's getting there, but it takes time to build internal controls to that level. Crawl, walk run..

The Company was just a Pinksheet not too long ago.
