Unfortunately this is somewhat vague, since it provides no idea when the certification will be completed, hence the lukewarm reaction to the PR.

Still. they are doing the right things and moving in the right direction. We can see that it will take more substantive (revenue impacting) news to move this up to anywhere near the recent high.
