This maybe good for the short run. It forces Arne to pay for the filling and maybe they will be filled by May 16 which could help the stock price at open.
At least we now know why it has taken so long, he was just too embarrassed to tell the shareholders. (That would have been a good piece of information for us to know)
Anyway, how would he expect to get financing if he is not fully complaint with the SEC, which makes me wonder when does he expect that to take place.
He has been in the AWYIE before and came out, so i don't think he is going to abandon ship, we'll just have to wait and see.
