REVERSE MERGER ON DA WAY...THATS WHY...
America vision merged with granite capital partners.

On December 15, 2011, a signing ceremony was led by Ying Xin International Equity Investment Fund Management (Hong Kong) Holdings Ltd, whereby the contract was executed in ShenZhen with America Vision-tech Co., Ltd and Granite Capital Partners Limited forming their strategic partnership. Granite Capital Partners Limited. also became the financial consulting company for America Vision-tech Co., Ltd for its listing in the US Market.


IZON is now in the process of merging with America Vision and its new partner after due diligence

InZon Corporation (OTC: IZON) today announced that it entered into a share exchange agreement on March 6, 2012 to acquire all outstanding shares of American Visiontech Co. Ltd, a private limited liability company, subject to completing its due diligence.
