there are 737mm shares O/S. 366mm voted... assuming SEO and the insiders voted, what are you left with? Last i checked "half" didnt equal "majority".

Let's hope Total hits because that is only real outcome that will move the stock price (not chad etc etc)... everyone will be happy!!
