Wrong.... here is a current good example "Tyson Rohde" ran several fake companies with other individuals out of the same office building one of his last GSLO it even came to the point that the product had hit the docks and was being sent to stores. All of these where scam companies no person went to jail. They may of had to pay some money, and now have to watch their back, but thats it. As a trader and an investor we take the risk period as long as they include a disclaimer of sorts with every interview or public speech just as he did today. Sorry but we loose if it fails and thats that, no one going to jail.
