Special Comment
The Company was today through various media notified that there was a temporary suspension of trading of our stock per an Administrative Proceeding by SEC. We were as surprised as others, since we have been in frequent discussions and communications with SEC but we had not been notified by the SEC of any suspension of trading. We understand that the temporary suspension is from 09.30 am EDT on May 3, 2012, and terminating at 11:59 pm EDT on May 16, 2012. SEC has requested the Company to respond within 10 days with a letter explaining the situation, which we of course will do. Our assumption is that the suspension will be lifted on May 16.
