It's based on current share price, O/S, trading activity, 52 week high and low, company debt etc.

It's also based on the fact that when the price goes down posters start claiming that people are shorting the stock or the MM's are playing games. There's no shorting and no MM games. Go to pretty much any board and you'll see people saying those things.

The current share price is what people value the company at. Pretty simple. People aren't convinced yet no matter what the main posters say but that doesn't make everyone else shorters. .
