What is the possibility ASYIE won't file and simply be delisted? Just disappear forever?

If you REMOVE this possibility, these prices are a buying opportunity. KTEL has been in business aprx 7-9 years, and is worth at least .50. (Probably a lot more). Other VOIP companies, like 8x8, (Symbol: eght) trade at 38 x earnings and have market caps of at least 300 million, and growing.

VOIP is a strong segment. Remove the delist threat, file the 10K, and you can make a huge percentage return from these pathetic levels. I encourage all to phone, email and contact the new management on a daily basis.

So, what's the possibility this stock will be delisted and disappear? I, too, am breaking my silence. Straight down for 2 weeks? Rarely see that happen...even in a penny stock.
