Dear Vince and Ali:

I am a long time shareholder and have great concerns regarding a number of things regarding UBRG. I know it would be to the benefit of all shareholders if you would come out with press releases and updates on the following areas.

1) please provide an update on UBRG subsidiary (Texas oil and gas). What is going on with this company? Is UBRG getting revenue and profit from this joint venture? Did this die and not been released for some reason? We need to know more details about this operation and what is going on. Pro gas?
2) please provide an April update on coal produced and sold thru whitesburg mine. At what price are you selling, transportation cost associated with selling and cot to produce......profit or loss based on the outcome of this analysis..?
3). What is the update from last year regarding the application to the Frankfort Exchange? Is this still active or did this die?
4) What is the update on potential uplisting to NASDAQ?
5) what is the update on the "chill"? It has been a couple months since you said this should be resolved?
6). What is the update on the conference call that was press released in January? It is now may 2012. We need follow through on this!
7). How can you propose a 20 percent share dividend when the chill is still in place and the last dividend is what caused the chill last year!
8) what are you all trying to so to really increase share price?
9) will the 1q financials be on time? If a third party is causing an issue what steps are being taken to ensure they become more compliant with providing you information?

We all need answers and follow through on these initiatives. I vent my frustration not as a bashed but a true long with 2,000,000 shares.

Thank you in advance And would really appreciate answers to the above to help validate progress on outstanding projects and hopefully sedating the bashers (you can never silence them).

Regards,

Rick S.
