USNL (chart): When you get 9 down (okay, one or two were flat) days in a row and yet someone decides to throw up blocks of 5 - 10 mil shares on the ask every time it's about to run, hard to keep calling it dilution. It's a purposeful share grab. Buy and hold and accumulate on the dips. Watch for a pick up in trading volume just before we get that next news piece that will make it move.

You can see an example in the increase in volume during the past 2 weeks in ISIM...now they have their news.

Pull up that chart as well as the charts of KMAG, ATRN and ICPA. You will see the similarity in each and every one of them. Seems to be the new form of money-making out here these days. Shake out the poor and impatient while locking up a boatload of shares ahead of the company implimenting their 'marketing' plans.
