We spent $14,790 on research and development for the year ended December 31 2011, compared to $114,723 for the corresponding period in 2010, and $430,070 since our inception.

they are 21 million in debt, but only spent 430k over the life of the company? not even 1% of debt went into development?

And the rest of the money went where?
