That's what I am saying. This is looking more like an acquisition deal and not a reverse merger to me. I think EVDR is going to acquire this gas company with the proceeds from the deal they just finalized. Why else would they liquidate their only asset?

I could be totally wrong because I am still reading up on this company, but that is just how it reads to me from what I have looked at.
